All dress models are available without straps and with straps. The price of the models may vary from one another, but they are unlocked at the same level (referring to the existence of the straps).
There was a specific model of dresses, which were Witch's dresses. They were removed from the dress category after update 1.4.115 and are now part of the Costumes category.
